Answers to some questions you may have:

Q: Do I have to pay for setting up with a virtual assistant?

A: No, there are not set up fees.  The delegation and onboarding of your VA is free.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

A: No, you can stop. your plan at anytime during the month. However, the monthly payment is non-refundable. 

​

Q: Can I move up on my plan?

A: Yes you can, at any time.  The new plan kicks in the next month. 

​

Q: What if I don't like my current VA?

A. We can change your VA same day. 

​

Q: What if I did not use up my monthly plan?

A: We will help you utilize the remaining time on your plan. Our assistants are highly trained to maximize their work time.  We cannot rollover unused hours. 

​

Q: Can I pre-select my assistant? 

A: We do this service for you for free. We have an excellent matching process supervised by experts. You will be introduced to your assistant during the onboarding process. If, after a few days, you still feel that you need a new assistant, we will be glad to give you a replacement right away.

Q: Can various people in my company assign tasks to my assistant?

A: Yes, as long as tasks are matched with humanly-possible deadlines. We advise getting a higher, more comprehensive plan for this.
